Refund and Returns Policy

We only have an exchange policy & no return policy.

1. What’s your return policy?
   You can register products for an Exchange. Please make sure all products for exchange are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags. Please note that in the event of damage to the product (fabric damage, color damage, packaging damage, stitching damage) we shall arrange for pick-up. In all other cases, please note that the exchange will only be processed once the product has been shipped to us.
2. The reason for the exchange is to be mentioned below :

• Size Issue
• Colour not matching
• Received the wrong Merchandise
• Others ( please state reasons)

3. What if I want to exchange something for a different product?
   If you change your mind about one of our products and want to exchange it for another product, it’s all right and you can register your product for exchange by writing to us at connect@krishicraft.com Once we’ve received and processed your return, we’ll give you store credit and you can place an order for what you would like to have instead.
